Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
Personal Requirements:
1. Thoroughly analyze the requirements of the orthopedic medical device industry for the 3D printing production process.
2. Be responsible for the orthopedic 3D printing R&D project team, conducting research and development work on laser 3D printing of orthopedic implants.
3. Assist in the development of orthopedic 3D printing implant products and carry out medical device registration.
4. Project management and achievement reporting.
5. Be responsible for establishing and maintaining R&D partnerships with hospitals and universities, and communicating with medical departments of orthopedic hospitals.
6. Assist in establishing and standardizing the quality management system for orthopedic 3D printing production.
Skills Requirements:
1. Master’s degree or above, majoring in oral, medical, biology, materials, etc. (exceptionally, lower education qualifications may be accepted).
2. Have worked in technical positions in orthopedic and medical device production units for at least two years.
3. Have experience in the development and design of new products for orthopedic and medical devices.
4. Understand 3D printing technology and its application in the fields of oral and orthopedic.
5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
